Because this peanut-lime sauce will make anything and everything taste so much. Satay is a grilled meat dish famous throughout Southeast-Asia. To make satay, you cut the meat up into thin strips or small bite-size pieces, then marinate it in a flavorful mixture of herbs and spices. You can easily cook anything satay in 15 ingredients and just 5 steps. Here is cooking guidance how you can easily do it.


1 It’s of chicken breast.
2 You need of onion.
3 It’s of pepper.
4 Prepare of carrot.
5 You need of mushrooms.

Step 4 mix well,and enjoy! you can substitute with any veges and meat,just make sure they are cut in same size so it cooks evenly..
Step 5 you can substitute onion for a bunch of spring onion too,yum!.

You can simmer it down until it has thickened to your liking. Having lots of sauce is especially great if you plan on having leftovers though, as the noodles do tend to. BTW they pair great together if you are curious. Aside from making me an even happier man as I was gonna be munching on satay it inspired me to take some photos I have been meaning to do for ages!
