There satay was developed from the Indian kebab brought by the Muslim traders. Some recipes call for a marinade of thick coconut milk with sambal (chili paste), powdered laos. This is an original Indonesian satay.

Cooking Step by Step
|Peel and clean the prawns in water..|
|Now add all the ingredients(except seasoning mix). marinate the prawns..|
|Skew the marinated prawns and keep it in the freezer for 20 mins…|
|Remove the skewers from the freezer and now place it either in the stove TOP using wired mesh (generally used to cooking bbq)or in the bbq pit and cook it for few mins.|
|Do not overcook prawns as they become rubbery and difficult to eat..|
|Once it is cooked place it on the plate and add seasoning mix..|
|Spicy prawn satay is now ready to take..|
